mixed feelings

I have no idea how to feel about this week. The TOK class yesterday was actually quite fun while the bio this morning was totally boring. I absolutely despise bio because...I'm not learning. I feel like work is just being dumped on me. Feels more like self study rather than learning and getting help from the teacher, the IB teacher.

ART TRIP THIS WEEK!
But test day on Thursday. (Bio microscope quiz, math quiz, then math test. I have no idea what we're doing for English though.)

My dad is also leaving tomorrow. -sigh- No idea how to feel.

For the whole entire day, I keep feeling like I have something to do, but I keep forgetting.
Feels like I need to do something tomorrow, but I can't get a hold of what it is. That's the same for Thursday as well. Gah, I'm like...dying. Memory damage. D:

Looks good. Jim Sturgess and Kristen Dunst. Although I don't like Kristen Dunst (she annoys in for some reason...= =''), but I sure love Jim Sturgess!

BLACK SWAN

What I would be looking forward to! I have suddenly started watching more thriller and psychological dramas lately. Yesterday, I discovered this J-drama: Face-maker, and it's still giving me the chills. Not meant to be scary or anything, but yeah. Creepy. I guess the first episode I saw ties in with this movie, Black Swan. I love Natalie Portman (was just talking about her in math few days ago.)

nobody ever listens!!!!!!

When one problem goes away, another appears.

I've been trying to get my form signed by teachers so I can enjoy my early winter break...it's been going well until yesterday, Mr. Peters said that I will be missing my final!
He just wouldn't let me take my final a few days earlier...
It must be on either the Tuesday or Thursday of the last week of school. Grrr...Even if I wanted to, I can't change my flight! When I was booking my ticket a week ago, everything was practically already full! I doubt now, there would be even a spot left. Plus, I'm going early with my brother, I will be taking care of him throughout the flight. -sigh-

Neither am I allowed to take the test late.

This sucks.
Zero or No break?

(Not exaggerating when I say no break. I know there are people who are having their flight ON xmas day because it's cheaper. Of course, unless I go there for only a week...there will be flights. That just defeats the purpose of going extra early...and I doubt my dad wants me there only a week. Waste of money, and I will be having a horrible jetlagging time.)

Someone comforted me by telling me...it's only the first year and only one term. I do hope that it really didn't matter...unless things work out. Time to call the travel agency and check. -sigh- Cross my fingers.

what's wrong?

What's wrong with the past 2 weeks (including this one)? I mean, this week suppose to be chilled for me...but the homework load suddenly just blah-ed!
Thanks, Mrs. Chan, for giving more bio homework! I think it would've been okay tonight/tomorrow because I will only have to prep for Mr. Peter's Geo test, but no...now I have to draw an animal cell diagram, construct 2 charts on the function and structures of organelles in the two (Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic) cells, and another chart that talks about the differences and similarities of the animal and plant cells.

Like honestly, practically half of this assignment is the same thing! Why waste the effort, time, and paper to do all this? Is it just for torture? Go through all this intense and boring work just so we get a check mark...? Doubt she will really read through every chart created by every student (reading the same thing over and over again...)

I don't get why teachers give students pointless homework they, themselves, don't even want to mark. And then afterward, complain (not exactly) about how much work they have to mark and do. Well guess what? They're all self inflicted! =3='' I doubt I'm really learning by copying down the same thing 3 times again and drawing a diagram of some disgusting cells with organelles that gives me to goosebumps...-sigh-
During class: take notes
Homework: Biozone & more writing.

Basically...I'm waking up 6am in the morning to go to class at 7am to sit in a dull, boring class to take notes that are basically in the Biozone and write until first block start. This doesn't feel IB at all...feels like you will be learning something along the lines of this in a regular Bio class. I'm not asking for more homework because IB isn't about a huge amount of homework (at least, we learn more and the homework comes along with it), it's about learning more...different learning...learning differently...haha. Etc.

I shall conclude this ranting with: Biology 11 SL is boring.

Spent 35 minutes to watch AGENT OF SECRET STUFF!

Feeling it coming...

I feel a cold coming around. Headache in the afternoon. So tired. And I was coughing earlier. Well, not it ended (thank gosh!), but who knows whether it will turn up again or not! -touch wood-

OH NOES! I HAVE A SHOULDER CRAMP....owowowowowow!! (
Explanation: I was raising my arm to stretch and I think I went in an awkward position and now it is aching.

Anyways, I was watching the movie: The Holiday yesterday. With both Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet. Kate Winslet is absolutely gorgeous. I love her. Not only because she was stunning and magnificent in Titanic, but she's just...I don't know how to explain. I love how she just has this look full of prestige and all. :D Love her accent<3 W00t! xD
Jude Law and Jack Black was also in this movie. I must say, Jude Law is one pleasant eye-candy! xD A British guy with a British accent wearing British fashion is the kind you just can't turn away! Especially when he is topped with a charming personality!

The movie itself was okay. A nice film to watch (for the holidays?). Some...'rated' moments with lots of kissing and made me feel awkward so I had to change the channel or keep myself busy with cookies!

I believe I also have a new found obsession with Ikea. I love their ice cream, first of all. It may be just vanilla ice cream (or frozen yogurt, as they call it...), but its so creamy and delicious. Only $1.00!
Not to mention, their meatballs and just food in the cafeteria is so cheap and yummy! (obsessed).
Ikea just gives you so many ideas on how to decorate your room and there are quite some deals too! I just bought a new desk and is in the process of making it earlier, until I realized how noisy my hammering was and stopped before anyone began complaining. I kind of successfully, partly completed my sister's wardrobe!

Anyways, I am also very, very addicted to Criminal Minds. I shall rant about how awesome and genius it is tomorrow! Time for bed (and a little anime). Night, night and sweet dreams to all!

Snow driving

Almost got into an accident. Came home from doing stuff, then going to buy bubble tea. As we turned, the almost-icy floor caused the car tires to skid and my sister lost control. Almost hit the sidewalk curve (not hard). It was no big deal, but she was totally freaking out. The first time she lost control - terrified her to know even know she pressed the brakes and tried to turn (hard) the wheels, she couldn't do anything.

I thought it was actually okay. She started freaking out, and (seemed like) she was almost breaking down(?)

Thanks to my calming nerves, and awesome-ness...actually, I was yelling at her to shut-up and calm down, she pulled herself together and reversed (my suggestion) then continued on. I told her the car stopping at the light would understand since he/she probably saw everything, plus, an experienced driver should know how it is hard...she is still an 'N'! The car, as I have expected, continued to stop. Sister ended up going at 28 and fastest was 35 and we made it home safely in one piece...listening to Beethoven. Totally helped! ROFL. It was epic...driving at 28 and listening to Beethoven while it was snowing like crazy outside. Not many cars in site and many were as slow as we were.

Anyways, just my little epic snow driving tale.

This week so far...

My watch is messed up so it says it's Wednesday now. I really should read the instructions...

DAD IS BACK TOMORROW!!
I really look forward to that...

A busy week, even though I don't have that much homework at the moment...I should sleep, but I actually took a 3 hour nap! Now I'm totally wide awake and a little hungry. Orz

I have decided...I should start being nicer! And friendlier!
This year, I have become more violent...(like how I was back in elementary...around gr. 4/5)
I also insult people more...I would mention that I'm more sarcastic except...my sarcasm fails! xD

Anyways, time to stop being so violent (and sarcastic). :D Hopefully, I will succeed! =P
Time to start befriending people more! ...and blog!

too much!

So much going on last week, and I thought this coming week will be a break for me. I am totally wrong. It's far from chilled!

-sigh- Time to mentally prepare myself for chaos!

Well, on the bright side, my dad is back on Wednesday...I believe. :D

Boo to math! (Stupid worksheets...)

I've got you in my arms, taking a break from crazy.

I'll say hey, you say baby
hows your day, I'll say crazy...but it's all gonna be alright.

Unstoppable

looks promising, sounds promising. Based on the feedbacks I've read, people seem to enjoy it (soundtrack and picture). Also, it's realistic. :D
Will definitely get around to this eventually...

"It feels like a Monday..."

Was what everyone has been thinking today.

-Takes a breath-

What a busy week! I know I shouldn't really be chilling on Remembrance day, but I'm so just tired! I did remember though.

Monday: stayed after school for tech team stuff. Also started on my TOK essay.

Tuesday: from 2-2 to 2-4, was doing the tech stuff during the dress rehearsal. Was quite chaotic...=='' After school, went to Ferris to help. Finished my Bio and stayed up late (till 1am) to finish my Bio lab.

Wednesday: Alarm clock messed up and skipped Bio. Had to run to school to had in my Bio lab on time (while searching desperately for chocolate...failed and bribed Mrs. Chan with candy instead). Spend the morning and 2-1 doing tech stuff for the first assembly. 2-2, finally chilled and enjoyed the assembly (though was worried throughout the assembly that something might mess up). 2-3 was spare so I went to chill and eat. 2-4 was English and that was okay until my sister texted me and I forgot to turn off my cell...
After school, I went to Ferris to help ref/score keep for the Volleyball game. I realized it was postponed so I had to walk back to RHS to wait for my sister to pick me up.

I messed up my sleep too...which is why I woke up late and stuff. (Did, for some reason, wake up suddenly at 11:11am and so I remembered.) I watched 2 episodes of Criminal Minds with my sister and so the entire night, my mind was filled with thoughts of psychotic killers and their methods of killing that revolves around their fetish and interests. Many, many replaying of certain scenes.

Not a pleasant night...

Lest We Forget

-droolz-

Was staring at Jimmy Choo's. Oh my gosh. They are so $#*%&@($*&%!!!!!!!
If I own a pair, I would wear them everyday, even if it kills my feet. Haha. They are gorgeous. So elegant, sleek, chic, beauutifull~!!

Anyways, I have no idea why I was staring at them. I suppose it was just a sudden urge kind of thing. I should be doing my English, but decided to blog since I haven't been blogging as much!
(Neither are you guys!!)

I'm preparing for a mock trial at the moment...
haha.

This year, I kind of learned a lot more about people. It's so weird. It's been 3 years and it feels so short. I feel like I probably know most of you a lot, but I guess I was wrong. More surprises yet to come!

I made soup yesterday! Cooked it for 2 and 1/2 hours...but for some reason, no one is really drinking it. I added the salt and the chicken broth at the time my dad told me to. o-o'' -sigh-
I think it's delicious.

Anyone want to come over and try my soup? :D

ART ! ART ! ART !

I'm so excited to start my project, but also worried. I spent today's class playing with acrylic paint colors! Neon ones! They are gorgeous. Sadly, there are no neon blue o-o'' Feels so incomplete without the blue. There was: green, red, pink, and orange. I guess you can imagine how the mixing turned out, right? Very salmon-y and yeah. Mainly pink and orange showed. The red was somewhat like Orange.

I NEED TO WATCH A MOVIEEE!!
Interested in Red. I want to see The Town!! And I'm waiting for some November movies.
Conviction, Hereafter, Life as We Know It.

OMG. MEGAMIND!!

I was watching Devil Wears Prada. I will always love that movie~!!
