So this was the first week of school after reading break and I think I am sort of adjusting well. Still kind of in vacation/lazy mode where I am so not on top of my game with due dates, but I think I will manage. A tad bit more on procrastinating and did pull a few all nighters before the first day of school to finish assignment, proposals and an essay, but it's all good.
And totally doing a bad job realizing next week is my first midterm of the semester and there's two more, plus another assignment, the week after. And of course, another online group discussion summary that was brutal and drove my crazy last time. Something about me and group work.
Wish I stop procrastinating my anime watching and such, re watching things and not getting through my list, even for dramas. -sigh- This is why I never get things done! Also need to think about souvenirs for relatives...
And need to think about a whole bunch of things that's causing me a headache...literally. How do you pick a time to do something "bad" or I guess ..not the best thing to do.. where there's never a good time to do it. In the summer when there's time and freedom and no one will see you? Now, right away? Or later...and figure it out later. I chose the last option a few times already -sigh- and it's making things worse..ugh.
Semi-sleepless nights!
Anyways, I also need to start adjusting my lifestyle since I am so out of shape! I have been so breathless from even just going downstairs. Oh, the embarrassment of running up to stairs to catch the skytrain...and then panting like a freak for 10 minutes after...-facepalm- oh gosh.

Being a Hermit For a Week in Bed
So, for almost a week, I have been at home dying from a cold that I probably got from my brother. Runny nose, stuffy nose, sore throat and all that junk that requires me to have a tiny plastic bag next to my bed so I can constantly fill it with disgusting phlegm-covered tissues. A little tmi, but anyways, thanks to this cold...I was able to catch up on some childhood anime and manga! Yes, I have actually read a manga and finished this series with 31 volumes plus 26 episodes. First off, I must point out that the anime and manga are very different. I watched the anime back in elementary and the manga was only finished last summer in July 2013 I believe. Before I forget, the anime/manga I am referring to is Gakuen Alice!
The anime is such a happy thing to watch (especially when I was sick in bed and no one wanted me around) with such a light-heart mood. It leans toward the comedic side, aimed for child viewers, while halfway through the actual manga, it takes a more dark and serious turn. Despite craving for a second season to the anime, I know it's likely not going to be possible due to the drastic difference. Anyhow, the manga was awesome...I ended up filling that tiny plastic bag with tissues soaked in tears, as well as killing my sleeves and stuff animals by spewing out tears everywhere. Even now, after a few days, I still get pretty emotional when I think about the events that happened. It's happy ending though, I guess, that gives you the closure you need (I even ended up reading the Chinese raws to fully get the ending).
Enough anime talk, I also should mention...I am so behind on my readings! I tried my best to keep up with my online courses and actual course readings, but let's be honest...it's hard to focus when you're sick! The materials just won't absorb...it's surprising how I even manage to read through 2 modules (one extremely long week 3 module) and continue to follow up my goal of doing one module a day for my recently enrollment in a co-op workshop online session. Essentially, I am taking 4 courses. Anyways, so much for trying to be ahead of the course...
Discussion assignment going to be due, article analysis due next week and comp sci labs are due (one is tomorrow). I am so dead...I think I ended up putting off comp sci so much is because of my previous html knowledge...from Neopets. Time to focus I guess...(despite feeling so lonely and isolated this last week D: no time for freedom)
Back to the bed!

update: still living in the fort :D
my goal to stay in my fort for the entire semester is still ongoing!
during this first weekend :D - i am getting use to the new working schedule on fridays and saturdays, as well as my break.
finally, my childhood has ended...finished harry potter, the entire movie series.
was on a movie marathon and although i know the ending and have read the entire series long ago...following the up to date releases,
harry potter did not end because i kept postponing my time to watch the movie.
finally,
i watched it all.
it was a cry fest and just overwhelming to see it all.
of course, there were differences, like what happened to the elder wand, having grindelwald not killed and selling out dumbledore and the location of the elder wand. what happened with some of the events like with lovegood's betrayal and such,
it was good :)
they cut out some scenes, but what do you expect from a movie?
only so much could be fit in.
either way, still love the magical series and too bad i'm already in university...
my time to get accepted into hogwarts have passed. probably the owl dropped my acceptance letter. just my luck :'(
anyways,
trying to get some overdue reading done..
getting my groove with homework back on :(
and so should my blogging habits be fixed once again...though i don't know if this is being followed anymore...

tea and hammock
back to the good old stuff to keep me going.
researching automaton toys to sketch for the upcoming major project that is due before the final!
building an AMT, most likely out of cardboard (since we are not allowed to use wood or anything fancy any more...), with a partner and yeah..
doing the initial research and planning.
also, at the moment, needing to finish up the 102 midterm project! well, second project.
-sigh-
i got side tracked by 9gag! haven't been on there since forever....
kind of different compared to a few months ago.
so crazy...the pace social media changes are on.
anyways,
still thinking about the courses.
considering double majoring in business and iat - design. would definitely be helpful and fun. i already know i won't be graduating in four years since i am considering three-four terms of co-op or more. perhaps even field school. have been looking at italia school design since day 1 and i know it's hard to get in.
really need to pick up my game. should devote free time to learning how to use the programs properly!
-sigh- hope i do end up doing that. my skills, ultimately, are lacking...
here's some hammock:
goodnight. hopefully i will be sleeping fairly soon.

after a nap.
I took a nap today! I have skipped my naps for 2 days and it feels AWFUL. Well, this time, it was not 4 hours or 6 hours...but instead 3 hours. Haha.
I kind of woke up to the sound of fireworks since today, the olympic torch came here. Sadly, by the time the fireworks woke me up, it was over.
Anyways, I SHOULD be doing my science homework, but instead, I was on deviantart art stalking once again! Many people are so amazing. Sigh - I'm going on deviantart to get my ego stroked. Haha.
My friend is an amazing artist, although she's being SO modest and not admitting it. If you want, check her out on deviantart. Her user is Kataruki.

alarm clocks can walk now.
Another entry of complain. Supposedly, I should be doing my math homework, but instead...I was thinking about alarm clocks. I was thinking I should set my alarm to 5 am in the morning so I can wake up to shower before I forget. Turning around from my desk, I look at my bed shelf, where I usually put my alarm clock, and realize it's missing. Usually, my sibling, Fat Guy, would take things from my room without asking. He took my alarm clock once even though I said no. Only did he return when I made a fuss over it and kicked him. After I just stormed into Fat Guy's room (not exactly loudly storm since it's 1:45 am in the morning), I checked to see if that alarm clock was there. Indeed, there was an alarm clock. Fat Guy states that it was given to him by dad. I, whose ticked off, asks my dad why did he give my alarm clock to Fat Guy and that I need to wake up early. He says it's because I left the alarm clock on this table (as in to say I don't need it.)
YEAH, RIGHT! Why would I, who uses my alarm clock every day, leave the alarm clock on the table? It's ALWAYS (I can swear to God) on my bed shelf! I angrily left my dad's room and went to my room to set my ipod to 5 am. Yes, I do use my ipod to wake me up, which is the reason why I have hearing problems and my brain damage is greater.
My dad went to go find the so-called 'alarm-clock-i-left-on-the-table'. He returned to my room with the clock, but with my horrible temper, I refused...still mad. I continued to set my ipod as my dad rants about throwing the clock away and blah blah blah blah.
I ignored him, messing with my ipod. He then chuck the alarm clock at me instead. The alarm hit my wrist, leaving a tiny red mark (that will eventually be a little bruise) on me. Now, it lays on the floor after being thrown in anger by me, ticking and tocking, next to the cellphone I threw on the floor.
What I learned: I'm very messed up 1 am in the morning & nowadays, alarm clocks can walk.
pockymeji.
